Nicholas Campanella, is the founder of the Company and has been its President and a Director since its inception. He has served in many roles of community service as environmental commissioner and chairman of economic development committee as well as Past Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Campanella has been a business owner since 1996 in various manufacturing and sales divisions. Mr. Campanella attended the New York Institute of Technology in 1984, where he majored in Business Management. He has been in the renewable energy space since 2009 and has been in waste handling and operations for several years and has been working with key scientists and engineers for creating green and clean waste processing. Mr. Campanella is also an Inventor and patent holder in the solar industry as creator and designer of non-glass solar panel for lightweight applications and manufacturing process. Mr. Campanella is also an Inventor and has 4 issued patents in the solar industry as creator and designer of a non-glass solar panel as inventor and designer of a lightweight panel applications and manufacturing process.


James T. McCubbin is a managerial and financial professional with over 30 years of progressive experience in launching, building and scaling businesses. He has a broad range of experience with both public and private companies, is deemed to be a Securities and Exchange Commission financial expert, has served as both public and private company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer, along with serving on several boards of directors as both an audit, compensation, and nomination committee member and chairman. He has developed strong organizational and strategic development skill sets in a number of industries in federal government contracting, pharmaceutical and healthcare, clean energy, entertainment and advertising technologies, and information technology solutions. Mr. McCubbin is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in International Management. He has completed executive management development with KRW International. KRW’s founders are credited with being among the first pioneers of modern executive development. Mr. McCubbin currently maintains a Secret clearance with the U.S. Federal Government.


Mark W. Shuey is a Materials Engineer with over 25 years of engineering experience in design and metallurgical systems spanning the globe and several engineering degrees. He has numerous publications and patents in engineering and industrial processes and materials. He has designed, operated and managed thermal processing equipment for various industries including Nuclear Power, Energy, Chem-DeMil, Ore processing, Primary and Secondary metals such as Ti, Al, Si, Ni, etc. At Lockheed and the merged Lockheed-Martin Corporation, Mark held several Executive Management positions that dealt with machine budget and finance. Mark served his country in the United States Marine Corps and is a Disabled American Veteran.


Ms. Mihalek has been in the Environmental Industry since 1996 and has represented six medical waste processing facilities. Three of the facilities were waste to energy facilities and three of the facilities were alternative technologies. She was a partner in a start-up company in St. Petersburg, Florida called MedTrace of Florida which was sold to Curtis Bay Energy. She stayed on as the Regional Director and started their Southeast Division initially as a transport company. She led the acquisition for the waste to energy facility at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, as well as the acquisition of another transport company, A-1 Medical Waste Services. Kathryn has been involved in every facet of the medical waste industry, from finding the real estate, permitting, zoning, setting up standard operating procedures, regulatory and compliance support, competitive analyses, market trend studies, hiring and training of employees, transportation/logistics, vendors, setting up marketing plans, and profit and loss reports. Her experience also includes representing Medical Waste Processing Technology companies including Pyrolysis, Heat Thermal Friction, and Heat Induction technologies. Kathryn also secured a DEA Reverse Distribution permit while representing Environmental Options Group in Pennsylvania. She also has secured APHIS Waste permits for processing and transporting of the regulated garbage from international flights and ships while representing MedTrace of Florida, Medico, and Curtis Bay Energy. Kathryn has also represented two food waste recycling technologies including Gaia and Advetec. Her experience also includes recycling, document destruction, hazardous waste services, waste audits, waste reduction, and radiation waste services.

Kathryn has also been invited to write on industry regulatory guidelines for the Dental and Funeral Home Associations in addition to being invited to speak on Waste Reduction in Lake County Green Symposium. She has been active in regulatory rewrites on the State and Federal levels regarding medical waste regulatory revisions. In 2005, she was elected Chairperson for the National Medical Waste Association. She has moderated at four national conferences.


Considered to be one of the world’s top thermal Technologists. He has been closely involved in the development, manufacturing, and optimization of thermal equipment across all industries for more than forty years. He brings with him significant knowledge of the technical aspects of the technologies being employed and commercial experience in their implementation.


Paul has fulfilled the capacity of Project Manager on various projects, local and abroad. Paul has been hands on in all aspects of the business and with over 18 years of experience in the Thermal Industry. Paul has the commitment, knowledge and skill required to manage various types of projects from the early design and conceptual stages right through to actual site installation.


Resident Chemical Engineer
Nicholas is a resident chemical engineer. He is involved in laboratory testing as well as process design and product specification. Nicholas also manages pre-engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and currently holds the title of Candidate Engineer with ECSA and is an Associate member of IChemE. Nicholas has specific commitment to health, safety and the environment as well as delivering project input based on rigorous research.


Jan-Paul started his career at a leading energy services company where he was involved with all aspects of engineering project management for predominantly mining and large industry clients. He also spent a few years at one of the major international management consulting firms where he focused on energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction initiatives and programs for a diverse set of manufacturing clients. Jan-Paul holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in energy efficiency and sustainability of demand-side management projects and he is also certified as both Energy Manager and Measurement & Verification Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers based in USA. Jan-Paul is a hands-on engineer, passionate about all aspects of sustainability with ample experience in project management and energy efficiency consultancy roles.
